He'll show you the sights around town, secret locations to get great photos of Mount Kilimanjaro, have lunch like a local, visit the markets for food, spices & materials.  Stop at the souvenirs shops and allow your guide to bargain for you, you dont want to pay Muzungu prices! If you fancy a Kilimanjaro beer and a few rounds of pool, there are a few bars to stop at before heading back to your hotel.
