DAY 1

Tarangire National Park

From Arusha to Tarangire National Park

Travel time: 2 hours

Accommodation: BAOBAB Tented Camp - Tarangire

After one night at the Korona Villa Hotel, the journey starts with a two-hour drive

to one of the most famous national parks in the world: Tarangire National Park.

The 2,600 km² area offers a variety of landscapes: baobab forests, dense

savannah, bush, and swamp. On the lowlands, elephants are numerous. We will

also see beautiful Maasai giraffes, various gazelles and antelopes, buffalos,

wildebeest, lions, leopards, baboons, and more than 550 bird species. And if we

are lucky, we will see Kilimanjaro in the background.

We will return to BAOBAB Tented Camp - Tarangire to share the evening.

DAY 2

Lake Manyara National Park

From Tarangire National Park to Lake Manyara National Park

Travel time: 30 minutes

Accommodation: Karatu Tented Lodge

After breakfast, we will explore Lake Manyara, National Park.

We will have the opportunity to discover the lake, the preferred area for

elephants, giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, and other buffalo herds. We will also see

many water birds such as pelicans, flamingos, cormorants, and herons. Of course,

we will not forget the legendary Manyar lions, often perched on tree branches!

At the end of the day, we will head to the Karatu Tented Lodge to spend the night

in the heart of the Tanzanian bush.

DAY 3

Ngorongoro Crater

Steps: From Lake Manyara National Park to Ngorongoro Crater to Arusha

Travel time: 3 hours

Accommodation: Same Hotel as Night before Day 1 - Arusha

We end our adventure with a visit to the Ngorongoro Crater.

It has the reputation of being the 8th wonder of the world and is considered a

Garden of Eden.

Formed by the explosion of an active volcano as large as Kilimanjaro, it contains

the largest concentration of animals in the world. Apart from giraffes, you will be

able to see all the species found in northern Tanzania, even white rhinos!

At the end of the day's safari, we will return to Arusha to the Korona Villa Hotel

for our last night together.

On the way back, we will have the privilege to share time with a Maasai tribe in a

village. We will be immersed in their culture and traditions. We will take the

opportunity to visit their hut, discover the jewellery that the women make and

wear, and talk to the village chiefs.
